Options for ordering and collecting:
1. Telephone our Repeat Prescription Order Line on 01651 871519 (please note that this is an answering machine service)
2. Online – www.patient-services.co.uk. Registration forms for this service are available at reception. This service works on smartphones, tablets as well as PC’s.
3. Attend in person at the reception desk in Oldmeldrum or Fyvie
4. Your regular medications will be listed on the right-hand side of your most recent prescription. Keep the right hand side of the prescription and use this to tick the items you require and post or drop this into our Reception.
We run a computerised system to issue repeat prescriptions that have already been agreed with your Doctor.

Collecting your prescription
Please indicate how you wish to collect your prescriptions. Your prescription can be passed on from the Health Centre to the local pharmacy of your choice at Oldmeldrum or Fyvie, saving you the need to make the journey to the Health Centre.
