Practice Update

PRESCRIPTION ALERT

Please be aware that due to a current backlog and a very high demand on our pharmacy team – all ACUTE medications are taking around 10 working days to be processed.

Please bare this in mind when ordering your medication.  All repeat medication will still be issued within 4 working days.

If you are due to run out of your medication before the practice is able to do this – please approach your local pharmacy for an emergency prescription.

Our team are doing the very best they can in difficult circumstances and we would kindly request that you treat our staff with respect when contacting the practice regarding this.
