You are free to see any of the doctors as we all share in the care of every patient in the practice. You can ask to see a particular doctor for routine appointments and this may aid continuity of care. However there may be times when a particular doctor is not available. In that case it may be best to see whichever doctor is available. You cannot request a specific doctor to see you if your condition requires urgent or emergency care, since we can only respond to your request in these situations with whichever doctor is readily available. All doctors are based in Oldmeldrum Health Centre, though each day one doctor is based in Fyvie Health Centre. When booking routine appointments please indicate in which centre you wish to be seen.

The practice manager deals with all practice administration. Please contact them if you have any comments or suggestions about the services we offer. Receptionists will assist you in making an appointment, ordering repeat prescriptions and answering any questions you may have. All members of staff are bound by a strict code of confidentiality. They may need to ask for information about you or your medical condition, so that they can enable you to obtain services appropriately. Please help them with this.
